Our goal is to make you and your pets life stress free by providing multiple services including training, pet sitting and pet limousine service.

Fully insured and bonded our services provide many advantages for you and your pets when you can't be there. Whether you are on vacation, working long hours, need to attend unexpected activities or are just short on time to get your pet where they need to be, our professional, experienced team can help you out.

Hours of Operation

Office hours
Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm
Saturdays 8:00am to 2:00pm
Sundays 8:00am to 12:00pm
Emergency calls and last minute reservation calls outside of office hours will be returned promptly.
Pet Sitting hours
Visits will be conducted between 6:00am and 9:00pm


Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of the first visit.
Holiday reservations require 50% payment of fees to guarantee your reservation with the remaining balance due at the time of our first visit. We understand that sometimes trips and plans get cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We kindly request 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation. If 24 hour notice is given to us we will refund your full amount of the reservation. If 24 hour notice is not given there is a $20 cancellation fee.

Keys

First time clients can have their keys picked up and dropped off at no charge. There is a $10.00 charge for any future trips to pickup or return keys. We will hold keys for regular clients free of charge. Rest assured client keys are kept in a secure safe location. Dog Lover’s Family Training & Pet Sitting has a system to ensure any keys we hold for our clients cannot be traced to that individual client.
